PRE-SEASON
Our range includes a 12-week, rugby-specific strength and conditioning program for pre-season training. The program is divided into 3 blocks of 4 weeks each, totaling 84 sessions. Pre-season training is crucial for success on the rugby field, whether you're a professional or amateur player. It helps enhance strength, size, power, and reduces the risk of injury.
OFF-SEASON
We have also included a comprehensive off-season training program for rugby players of all ages in version 7.2.5. This program is divided into three 4-week blocks and provides a solid strength base for the upcoming season. It's important to reduce intensity during week 4 of each block to allow for appropriate rest and preparation for the next block.
IN-SEASON
Version 7.2.5 features two distinct training programs tailored for Backs and Forwards during the rugby season. These programs cover a 2-week span each and are designed to be repeated throughout the season to maintain strength and endurance. Make sure to choose the correct version based on your position.
NEW RELEASES
Stay tuned for our upcoming Youth training program in early March and an exciting new 20x1 training regime releasing in May. Our testing groups are currently adding the final touches to these programs.
